I was a patient and my insurance had changed. I made appointment to get my medicine refilled I told the receptionist that my insurance had changed and told them my insurance they ok made an appointment. The day of my appointment I go in and they turned me away because Dr. Merrick was not taking anymore patients, but I was already his patient. I called and left a complaint. Their personal person called me back I told her what happened she said that I shouldn’t been turned away. She said let me talk to Dr Merrick and I give you a call back. A week later Haden’s heard from her I called and she said that she had to wait for Dr Merrick got back from his vacation so he can look over my chart. Today I got a call saying that he won’t see me anymore no reason he just won’t see me. I have never been treated like this. I will not recommend friends or family to this clinic or Doctor.
