Last visit the Phlebotomist was out so another person drew blood for my labs. It was disconcerting to realize She wasn't wearing surgical gloves.

your problems, the best experience I've had at a Dr office in a very long time
The scheduling secretary said they were "booked up" and could not fit us in. I stopped by the office and every room was open with one patient in the waiting room. It was 4:00pm on a Friday. They close at 5:00. I understand they wanted to finish up for the weekend, but there is no need to lie about being so booked. If you find a doctor who will go above and beyond for you, keep them!!!! The scheduling secretary said she asked the doc and we could not be helped. I know a Friday is bad timing, but I just believe in the "good old days" when service providers went out of their way to help.
Super nice doctor and staff. Brand new office still smells of new construction. He took plenty of time to talk to me and listen to me. His nurses were the same way.

I have had nothing but good experiences here! They are the best! I have been coming for a few years and have never once had a bad experience. I show up to my appointments on time and understand I'm not getting in ANYWHERE on a Friday afternoon. Duh
She missed twice on each arm, finally was able to draw on the 3rd time. My arms were very bruised.
