Went with my stepmother to have the annual check for her dogs. Very kind staff who understood that her dog has anxiety and treated him efficiently yet with empathy. Definitely a great place to take your four legged family members.
Took all 3 of my cats in one visit and pro rated the visit cost. Pleasant easy visit staff and Dr were very nice thank you!
My cat was misdiagnosed by Dr. Vaughn, he offered no help in trying to figure out what was wrong. His only offer was to help our animals in the future a week later I had to put my cat down because he did not run proper test. Since he has decided not to talk to me or refund my money for malpractice on my cat I am now filing a complaint with the Arkansas veterinary board where he got his license to study. If you want out cats or dogs to live take them to a different clinic.
Good care but the customer service up front is terrible. They barely speak and everyone seems sad about life. The doc is cool though.. could be a cleaner facility but let's face it.. we bring pets there so it's gets messy
Saved my dogs life after vet in Beebe misdiagnosed my dog the second I walked in the door the staff took my dog and started treating my dog if it wasn't for DR.Vaughn and his staff my dog would have not made it ladies up front are always very nice.
