Amazing people! Our fur baby was having trouble with coughing and breathing. Called the office around 7 on a Saturday morning and spoke to a fabulous lady that took my information and gave us an appointment for that morning. We had never been to this clinic and was very pleased with the cleanliness and caring service of the Dr. and entire staff. Thanks again for a wonderful experience when we were so worried about our Sadie. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Arnold and Carolin are beyond reproach with their professionalism and care for your pet. The whole staff is excellent. They take care of my 8 pets. 3 cats and 5 dogs.
Had to put our 15yr. Old Rat Terrier down 6/26/17 they were so caring and compassionate. Even sent us a sweet card with their condolences.

I will never take another animal here. The staff is rude, insensitive, and just down right ugly. For reasons unknown to me this hell hole is still in business. Guess they have a few fooled who still give them $$ and think that they are getting good care in return. Just go somewhere else JUST ONCE and you will realize what you have been missing out on. Actual customer care and professionalism are just 2 of the things High Hopes lacks.
