Good quick delivery. When I first saw the time on the Internet it stated that it would take approximately 2 hours to have my pizza delivered. I called to check if that was right and the lady that I was talking with was very nice and explained that their online deliveries showed a longer time since it was St. Patrick's Day. I would recommend ordering online that way you can take full advantage of their discounts.
I really want to rate them higher. But, when you order a buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce and they deliver a pizza with no buffalo sauce on nimberous occasions, I can’t. This has happened at least 6 times. Otherwise the food is good and delivery is usually within the projected time.
It's at least every other time they forget something on my order. I order online...read the screen. Put the stuff in a bag. Bring it to my house. It's pretty simple.
I won't be returning here.
I placed an order at 8:58 pm and never received my pizza, the tracker said it was delivered, and when I called to ask about it they said it had been delivered, now I am incredibly understanding! However when I was asked if they could send the order out (10:55 pm now) I said, now it was too late and I just wanted the refund. The girl on the phone (who was very helpful !) Said she would cancel it! After no money being refunded I called the next day and was assisted by Johnathan (who, again was very helpful,) and was told that I couldn't be refunded the money and would be credited toward my next purchase. Now, $30 is alot to spend and receive nothing. The employees explained that money can not be refunded, which makes no sense to me since the order was never delivered.
