Manager did a great job, but..... well let's leave it at that
They tend to short you on certain toppings and they recently started charging extra for parmesan and red pepper flakes -- things which are almost always free at any other pizza joint around here. That really ticked me off. Those 2 problems lost them a couple of stars and a good portion of my business.
I placed my order online and then received a phone call saying they could not deliver my pizza as they did not have a delivery driver which would have been fine if it were not for the flippant/huffy was she said it. I asked the girl to hold and was asking my son if he would pick up. The girl hung up on me. I tried to call back and was told (not asked) to hold, 5 min later I was hung up on again. I called back and held again for 15 min this time before another girl picked up. Needless to say I cancelled my order. Still waiting to see if I am charged. I was fine with having to pick the order up, what I was not fine with was the rudeness and distinct lack of customer service from the first girl I spoke with.
Food is normally good however you will have to call multiple times in a row to make an order. If they put you on hold you will never be served. You might as well hang up and call Papa John's or Pizza Pro! Good Luck!
For those of you who order pizza from Dominos in Cabot, you may want to think twice about it. I ordered 3 pizzas around 7:00 last night. At 9:00pm I was still waiting for them to make them. 2 hours.... Come on... This is BS. I called and gave them a piece of my mind, and asked to speak to the manager. Well guess what, the manager wasn't there. Next stop is calling corporate.... I will not order from them ever again.
