Excellent service and I find what I need. Aside from his customer service experience, below, Don McFall's first mistake below was probably not purchasing a Solo backpack sprayer to begin with. I can testify to their durability and serviceability by the hundreds of hours of rough service in the field with one strapped to my back doing research plot maintenance with the USDA Forest Service for 15 years. The sprayers made in Germany seem best and worth the elevated price tag. They are an investment for any landscaper, lawn service person, or homeowner. Go Solo or don't go at all!
Purchased a sprayer that the handle broke after first use. The handle has very thin weak spot designed to break sooner or later. Farmers would NOT allow me to exchange it for a new one. I even offered to pay the difference for a better model. However they had about 20 replacement handles for sales for my sprayer. The boy that helped me even said these handles are better. The fact they had so many handles for sale tells me there is something wrong with the OEM part that broke. He was more than willing to sell me another. Even gave me almost $2 off. As if he did me a favor. They don't stand behind their product. I will not be shopping there anymore.
I loved your store, it had a great variety of different things, the right kind of dog food, straw without weeds or filled with dirt, people were friendly and willing to help, the store was clean, I can't say enough good things about the Cabot store.... I found my new Co-op store, thanks Caren
Atwood's bets them on price consistently. T post are cheaper at Atwoods. Gate screws are cheaper ...etc. Farmers has no pricing on there website site which is not smart. Lower ur prices and honor exchanges and returns. Atwoods will!!!
Everyone there has always treated me with kindness and respect. Now there's a lot of ribbing going on in the store but I love it. lol Good people, good prices are 2 of the main reasons I continue to shop there.
