The food is fresh and hot love that I can order specialty drinks cherry dr pepper is my favorite
food and staff are nice. it would be nice if they updated their ordering screens. the parking and entry/exit points need work
My order is typically delivered quickly, even during peak hours. My order has always been correctly made. My only complaint is that the stall screens are not updated like at other Sonics and are not touch screen or as user friendly. It's not that the order panels are usable, it's just that the touch screens are nice to look at and use.
They were full and still was very fast on getting my order out. I noticed that the Car Hoppers were moving very fast to make sure everyone was getting taking care of. I love that they have half price drinks from 2-4pm. The kids are really thirsty after school!
Consecutively gets the orders wrong. They got my order wrong 3 times the other afternoon and I was in a hurry. I finally had to get my money back and that was even the problem. This happens almost every time I visited it I go to the one on the Highway 321 it has such better service.
