Incompetent and unknowing of state laws. Don't know where they get these guys. Officer took my license plate off my new car saying they were ficticious when they in fact weren't. I was well within my 30 days of transferring plate registration. Insisted that he would be revoking the plates then later realized he was wrong and gave them back stating " I'd better not put them back on" suggesting me to just drive without anything on my car. I'm a tax paying citizen and this is just ridiculous.
