Im calling few Times She wasn't nice at all
I reserved a trailer & a couple of dollies a week ahead of time. When I got there & the person there told me she didn't have one of the dollies & when I asked about the other she said she didn't have the other one either. She wouldn't try & find any of them for me & made up excuses for not having them. One was she just got the reservation that morning, then she said she called around for them for another customer when I was the first customer that morning. She told me I needed to go three towns down to just get the dollies. I didn't get my stuff from there & when I called U-Haul about the place & how rude they were, they set up another place in town that had everything for FREE.
