Had main drain line blockage, our downstairs shower basin was 3" in water. We called Precision at 7:15 AM to schedule afternoon service, they called back at 9:00 AM, discussed pricing, reviewed details, and they said "the plumber will be there between noon and 4 PM" the plumber called at 1:30 PM and said he'd be there in 1/2 hr, he showed up in 1/2 hr, scoped the sitch, used the rotor rooter, cleared the clog, even cleaned up the yucky stuff from the shower basin, nice level of chit-chat, friendly, professional, amount paid was as agreed upon.
Efficient. Punctual. Friendly.
Had 2 visits from another plumbing company (over a month time frame) to fix a leaking washer faucet. Then Precision came out and fixed the plumbing mess they created & the original leak is finally fixed. I wish they had come out the first time!
I know a x employee they wont pay jamie westbrook also heard its happened before
Terrible customer service! One of the worst experiences I've ever had from a business. Very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere.
Called in a Sunday to book an appointment said I would get a call back. Then called Monday end Tuesday NEVER got a call back. It's Wednesday now... Guess ill take my business else where.
