Comfortable, reserved seating at reasonable price. Family atmosphere. Very enjoyable.
The movie showing (theater 7) we were in was horrible. The screen looked like low definition and the sound was off. We complained and they said that theater wad malfunctioning. Based on that I would have given them 1 star. We did complain and they are letting us come back for another showing in a better theater. As for the theater itself it was nice and had the reclining seats my biggest complaint is that the seat in front of you blocked the bottom of the screen. The seats were very comfy.
it is good the only theater in town but they do have GREAT theaters and THE Best popcorn in town oh don't for get the cherry coke it is the BEST.
There are things that can improve, as with all businesses, especially as the theater business is making a transformation to more luxury oriented experiences. Cabot Silver Screen is making improvements also. The bottom line is that you can't beat it, for a place that is family friendly, well managed and reasonably priced, without having to risk your life, in Little Rock traffic. They will certainly be getting much more of my business.
Every time I come to this theater, it is clean, people are nice and it is a good experience. I really like that they don't play, when it comes to safety, drugs, disruptions and overall stupidity. The review written by Emma is a reflection of that. I guarantee you, if you get kicked out, there is a good reason for it. No, they won't refund you, for having to prevent your bratty kids from ruining someone else's movie experience.
The negative reviews of this establishment are guaranteed to be from the type of people who don't know how to act in public, who treat service industry people like they are scum, who expect the management of a business to tolerate their unparented kids and who have no regard for other patrons. There are going to be isolated incidents, in any establishments. These people are the type that cause those isolated incidents. When they speak of rudeness of the staff, they are more suited to fit that description.
Friendly staff, clean, and the new reclining seats are AMAZING! Love having such a nice theater local.
