Horrible service! No smile, no greetings, slamming food and coffee on table, trying to talk to other staff while put coffee down making it spill on the table, no apologies... We are a biracial couple and waited on by the only black staff member and was treated like trash.... Won't be back and will tell others to make sure tell others about her behavior, I've been discriminated against before by blacks because my husband is black, but if you are customer service and working for $2 an hour and depending on tips, you may want to treat everyone the same!! Just saying! My husband was nice and gave her a $2 tip but I wouldn't have given her 50 cents!
I was having a super bad day, and Josh turned my frown upside down!! His personal interaction and sincere kindness made me feel so at home, it was like reuniting with a distant relative. Nothing can quite describe the way being around genuinely good people can warm your heart and ease your troubles. Josh's attitude and workmanship should set the level for expectations for employees everywhere. This gentleman deserves a promotion!
The food was perfect and everyone friendly. It was easy to tell the servers value their customers and remember them.
I ordered the patty melt and added a patty. First bite of the burger tasted like it was spoiled or something of that nature. I even tried to put mayonnaise on it to hopefully curb the taste of the meat. But it didn't help. When paying I notified the cashier and was told that they would let management know in the morning and still charged me full price for it. Poor experience.
I was there just after the breakfast rush, and it looked like a tornado had been through. Of course, that's how Waffle House is supposed to look after breakfast. If it's spotlessly clean, it means that the food is awful and no one eats there.
