AM FURIOUS WITH THIS PLACE!!! I USED ONE OF THIER BRAND NEW FRONT LOAD DOUBLE WASHERS AND IT RUINED ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHIRTS. THEY SAID THEY HAD A SIGN POSTED STATING THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PROPERTY. THEN ONE OF 3 OUT OF 6 OF THEIR NEW DRYERS DIDN'T HEAT THE CLOTHES. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SHOW ME WHERE THE POSTED SIGN WAS THE GUY BLAMED ME FOR OVERLOADING THE WASHER AND WHEN I ASKED THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY CALLED THE COPS. I'M NOT SCARED OF THE COPS. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG.
Ms. Pattie is amazing. She had my laundry ready in two/three hours and folded it, which was not expected. Definitely going back!
Zero stars what kind of business would have like 10 washers but like only 3 working this place is a joke! They need to fix even better buy new machines I hated going to this place the long waits was too much. I just bought my own washer and dryer and I couldn't be happier.
Family owned and operated by Mrs. Bea since forever ago. Wonderful people with everything being done when they say it will be. It's also the cleanest laundromat I've seen
too many poorly hand written signs Everywhere. 2 stars is for the 2 machines out of 5 that actually work. I can't believe it's legal to try to call this a business. On the flip side, the drop off service is reliable, dependable, and affordable. This is a service I use, add a star for this.
