Nothing but con artist. My friend was told he had finished paying off his bedroom set, the following month they were demanding payment for said bedroom set and threatening to come to his house and take it.
I understand that they need to be paid and I'm happy to pay them. However, it's unacceptable to tell me that payment is received and I'm good for 2 weeks only to be told the next day that I still owe more than double what I paid and that there was no notes in their system.

The appliances are great. The furniture is nice but don't seem to be very durable. All the workers seem friendly and helpful but I've been given misinformation that has resulted in me making a payment and told it was enough to carry me 2 weeks only to start my phone ringing the next day wanting me to come in and make more payments.
My first rental went off without a hitch. They are great folks to work with. Love my new washer and dryer.
When I make my next payment I'll pick one person to deal with from here on out. I'm not going to keep coming back if they can't follow through with their promises.
