After leaving the store I called coorperate office to inquire about said policy. Btw Sears owns Kmart, they were still less than helpful.

If you advertise shoes buy 1 get one 50%, that is what you should do. Not say the black shoe is Bogo the one blue is not.... really. If I go in your place one more time and this happens again I'm going cancelling everything to do with your business and Sears and that will be the last time I set foot in your store. Have a good day.

What’s the purpose in having a “return” department if you don’t actually take returns. This company is trash.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 Star. The customer service department was rude and unhelpful. I tried to return an item that was unused and still had all original packaging, tags etc on it & they basically told me that because it was a “holiday” item they couldn’t accept it due to they didn’t know if it had been used or worn. Then the story changed and said that “store policy” is that they don’t take back seasonal items after the holiday has passed. And that it was posted somewhere but they didn’t know where.

Was enjoying shop at Kmart in Cabot I spent $158. And my daughter spent 350.00 we left and went to couple other stores and came. Back to Kmart made our purchase went yo check out and cashier ring up charge. And I put my chip card in and she said computer frozen up. They said for me to go to next check-out. I check out and got home check my online banking and there is two charges for 96.47 they charge it twice . Call and they said I had to call card company. The card company said it could take 45 day now the one that got my money need to give it bscl

Stopped by after traveling and we're greated by a very friendly and very helpful Manager. We found what we needed and continued our trip.

Let me start off by saying, I want to love shopping at Kmart. I like their items and I generally like their prices. HOWEVER, I am shocked that this store is still open for business. When you walk in, it feels like you walked back in time to 1995. Nothing in this store seems to have been updated or upgraded. Typically, things are disorganized. I feel like I'm in a thrift store or overstocked store when I shop at Kmart. To top it off, the employees come across very apathetic. The lines are always slow because their computer system is ancient. I have had to wait for clearance items to be typed in by hand with no apology from the employees for how long it is taking. Seriously, I will be surprised if Kmart makes it another year. They have done very little to entice customers to continue to shop there when stores like Walmart and Target are cleaner, as cheap, and are attempting to stay up-to-date.
