I like CATO and I usually make my purchases at the Cabot location. I was in there this morning and I had a sudden urgency to use the restroom. I was informed by the clerk that the bathroom was closed because she had just mopped. I continued but my urgency got very urgent and asked to use the restroom again. The clerk said to me, " As I told you before, the rest room is closed. We don't have customers that come in and asked to use the rest room first thing in the morning." I realized she had just mopped and may have been concerned about my safety of slipping, but evidently she has never had a sudden onset of my such problem. She was not concerned about me or my problem. I had to walk swiftly out of the store and go a couple of stores down to use the restroom. I have no control over these types of situations, they just come upon me all at once. I think her behavior was totally unacceptable!
