Patched my tire at no charge so I could get to north little and get new tire. How many places would patch a tire so you could get to a competitor to make sure I got matching tires that day? I know where I'll be buying my next full set of tires!

The website has you put in the tire size and type of car, then has you supply your email address saying " we will respond within 24 hours".....
Fast service and friendly people. We've been looking for a new tire shop since Tires For Less went out of business and I do believe we've found it. Reasonable price as well.
It irritates would- be return customers and its just plain bad business.
I bought tires for my Hyundai Santa Fe from Young's a few years ago and I was very happy with the tires and the service, so when I needed tires for my dad's Buick Lucerne, I went to their website .

Hey, owner- how about doing what you say or take that off your
Friendly, polite, and respectful staff. Shop is clean and the tires are great quality for the price. Even if their location in Searcy was closer, I’d sooner go to the Young’s in Cabot.
Was in yesterday - nice folks. I stopped in to get a tire plugged for a slow leak, and I advised the service rep that my front and rear tire pressure transducers were reversed, he told me they would take care of that. But they didn't.
It is now going on week number TWO and I have yet to get a call or an email back.
