We rented a car at 12:15 to drop off at another location on another day. The manager of this location told us we would only be charged hourly to drop off at 17:30 on our drop off day. We made the drop off time and we were charged for another day. I would have been happier if this was explained better.
I was so happy when I found an Enterprise in Cabot, AR. I was thrilled to find that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Little Rock after a business trip. I had a very pleasant experience at this Enterprise. Matt was very professional and extremely helpful. I will continue to use Enterprise in Cabot and will be recommending them to others who live in this area. Great job!
I have rented 3 times from here and it is frustrating every time. The employees here act like it is a privilege to rent from them. The call center and larger locations are great, but this tiny field office has invented their own policies and culture that is not in step with the company. I was told that I had to do certain things or they wouldn't rent to me. So called corporate, asked the exact same questions to the rep and got totally different answers. I shouldn't have to be making these calls. Meanwhile, the customer in front of me was mad because she got upsold $200. She paid and was actually still waiting for her reserved car to arrive as I was leaving. Enterprise is a good brand, but the locals at the Cabot branch are making up rules on the fly for purposes I won't speculate on. I can understand how this comes across as rude, because it is.
The young lady that processed my rental was nice and accommodating however she complained about the staff not doing their jobs the entire time. I found this unprofessional and a bit uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, the car I was given had not been cleaned. The headrest, steering wheel, dash, seats, etc. had spills and dirt that I wiped before using the vehicle.
Is this really an Enterprise?
I asked to be picked up, almost 2 hours later I call and ask when they will arrive. I am told that the car they had for me had a cracked windshield and she was getting another one and would be right over. After 2 hours passed my reservation time I am picked up in an SUV. I asked if it was my rental. She stated yes, well it HAS a cracked windshield in two places, and smells of fresh cigarette smoke. I didn't reserve an SUV, I reserved a car that I knew would be great on gas since I'm traveling for work. I was called the day before and no one told me there wasn't a car for me as I reserved. Then the lady stated that she made the decision to come get me in the SUV so I wouldn't be late to work. Well I'm renting on a Corporate acct and NEED to be at my job accounts and I'm late for meetings now. AND who wants to go to client accts in a crappy car? She mentioned that she wanted to get me on my way because the Jacksonville AR location was not getting a car to her for me fast enough. When I left in the crappy SUV I called Jacksonville. They didn't have any cars and didn't know what I was talking about. JUST a blame game. I will no rent from this location again. I'm currently calling around to replace the SUV I had no choice but to take.
