This problem continues to get worse after 3 days of problem after problem.
I was at your cabot branch today. No help. I will fix this myself and switch banks as soon as possible. Tired of this.
Horrible customer service with no knowledge of their own banking processes. Any other bank would be a better choice. Was told twice by separate employees that depositing my check with the mobile app would deposit my check the next day. This was wrong and my mortgage payment was cancelled. Horrible service. Liars.
