Been sitting here for 30 minutes and the 2 employees still helping the people they were helping when I came in. 3rd person came in, chatted with other employees typed on her computer and left.
Rebecca was super rude. Both times we've been here we had the unfortunate luck of getting her terrible customer service and snotty attitude twice.

My permanent address is in Searcy but I am temporarily in Cabot. I called ahead of time to see if I could get my new tags here even though the vehicle is registered in Searcy and I didn't have the papers with me. They said yes I could, but when I got there they said no. People who answer the phones should know what they are talking about before giving someone information.
This is the epitome of stereotypical state run offices. Never before have I seen such a group of people that hate their lives/jobs so much. Govt jobs bring out the worst of people, as they are not held to any standard and are at not risk of loosing their jobs. Was so glad to move to Conway where the revenue office workers are very friendly. Not sure why they are different, but most likely because nobody is keeping tabs on how this office is run.
